The Basic Custom Site: Includes a 2 page Layout, text & info, graphics, gif's, animations, buttons, page links, 1 background design, 1banner-animated or non, site counter, site Guestbook, Advertising/Listing with search engines.
The Basic Custom Site runs $125.00.

Deluxe Custom Sites: All the Deluxe web sites I create don't just consist of a page or 2 with words and a few pictures.. Each site is unique and different as each site owner, and there is much more to a site than having one.

You get Unlimited graphic's, pictures, & Text put on your site. Advertising your site with banner exchanges, link exchanges, search engines, and listing it with any applicable web ring(s) that may apply to your site is one of the most important parts of putting a site up on the web. That is part of the service you get with a web site Designed by Diamond. Plus I understand that it can take a couple of weeks or months to get your site.. JUST RIGHT.  So 1 month of maintenance and changes for websites is included with the initial design.

A Deluxe Custom Site pricing as follows:
Intro & Main page is $125.00 plus $75.00 for each additional page.
Minimum 3 page layout.

Listings with search engines updated and re-submitted quarterly for all clients who are on maintenance contracts with Web Designs by Diamond.

Maintenance Fee Schedule

Site Maintenance is for updates and changes to your site. Like adding new photo's or information, changing pricing, deleting items currently on your site, etc. Maintenance also includes updating your listings with search engines. You are not required to have a maintenance program, and may update your site listing with search engines yourself, but if your site will have or need changes and updates you may need a maintenance program. Your maintenance program is setup to fit your site change/update requirements and will be adjusted, to a lower or higher schedule, as your site maintenance requirements change.

Maintenance Schedule.
Low Maintenance: 1-5 Updates or changes per month
- Rate: $5 per month

Med-Low Maintenance: 5-10 Updates or changes per month
- Rate: $10 per month

Medium Maintenance: 10-15 updates or changes per month
- Rate: $15 per month

Med-High Maintenance: 15-25 updates or changes per month
- Rate: $20 per month

High Maintenance: over 25-50 per month
- Rate $25 per month

Over 50 per month -- email for quote

Maintenance contracts will be based on your update/changes needs during your included site contract. Each renewal contract period will be adjusted to the rate of needs required during the previous contract period.

I will set up a www."yourname".com (.net or .org) for you or your company and also your hosting space for your website to be placed on.

Web Space Hosting:

I offer webspace hosting for your site. No popup banners or ads, to annoy you or your visitors, like you get with free space host providers. Free hosting is nice and affordable but can cost you business and visitors when they leave because they have to close 2-5 popup windows every time they go to a page on your site. I offer plenty of space for your site and for it to grow.  If you have a small site you can get up to 10 megs for $3.00 per month, 10-50 mgs of space for $5.00 per month, 50 - to 100 mgs of space for only $7.00 month, or 100 - 200 mgs of space for only $9.00 month, and your domain will be directed to your site space.

You can also get 500 mgs of webspace for $15 per month should your site be very large and require more space. You may have mutilple domains directed to your site or individual pages, email pop 3 accounts or fowarding to your current email box, whichever works best for you. You will also be provided with ftp accounts for yourself (or employees) to work on or maintain the site or individual pages as your needs require.
500 mg hosting space & domain package -- $18 per month.
Save $25 with annual prepayment of $205.00 per year.

Your Own Domain Name

Or I can purchase your .com name and set it up through a redirecting service for the .com to your website, setup on a free hosting location. The main thing to remember about free hosting services is that they will put some type of pop up add banner on your pages automatically and most will limit the amount of traffic allowed to your site on a daily basis. If your site receives more traffic than allowed they may shut your site availability down for a day or 2 at a time.
With the redirect service you get unlimited emailaddress@yourname.com

Domain names: $15.00 per year
You may purchase 1yr, 2yrs, 3yr or 5 yrs service at a time
